What You’ll Learn

Each session is hands-on, engaging, and designed for all fitness and skill levels. You’ll cover:

  • Fitness & Conditioning – workouts to improve strength, balance, and reaction time.

Safe & Supportive Training

Our classes are run by experienced, respectful coaches who create a welcoming, non-intimidating space for women of all ages. Training is adapted to suit everyone — whether you’re completely new to fitness or already active.

Sessions focus on practicality, safety, and empowerment — ensuring you leave not only stronger, but more confident in yourself and your abilities.


Who Can Join?

Our women’s self-defence programme is open to all women aged 16 and over, regardless of experience or fitness level. Many join for the self-defence benefits, while others love the combination of fitness and empowerment.
